Village Children's Days and Backpacks (26)
For the second year a team arrived in early September to visit the villages in Romania with a fun bible-based kids program and backpacks for a great start to a new school year! Visiting with the church members and praying was a natural part of how they ministered. -
HOPE Camp 2024 (24)
Internally displaced Ukrainian children found HOPE - Hope, Opportunity, Peace and Eternal life through a week-long day camp on a horse farm in the most western corner of Ukraine. -
Working on a village church (8)
Seven years ago we sent money for the construction of a church building in one of the villages. After the roof was on the church, it was left unfinished. This spring God sent workers and new funds for the continuing of the construction of this house of prayer. -

Being the church (11)
Through a recent Hepatitis A outbreak the church had the opportunity together with a team of people from North Carolina and Hungary to show love through providing food packages, cleaning supplies and on-going programs for children. -
Baptism in Romania (59)
On February 28, 2016 eleven precious people proclaimed before a packed church that they are followers of Christ by Believer's Baptism. It was a delight to talk with these candidates over the last two months as they prepared for their special day! -
Christmas Eve Service (10)
The children of the church in Romania did a fabulous job reminding us of the story of Christmas with the help of a few committed women from the church. Through songs, poems and a play they made Christmas Eve special for many attendees. -
Food Package Delivery (22)
In February, delivering food packages to one of the poorest villages in Romania with a gift left by the Church Renewal Team. Thanks be to God! May He provide for and care for those in need, let us be obedient to give! -
Church Renewal Team (43)
A love-filled team of Church Lay Renewal leaders blessed the Roma Baptist Church with five evenings of preaching and testimonies. The locals led the worship. Every heart was strengthened and renewed. Several gave their lives to Christ! The days were spent visiting families in their homes or the children in the kindergarten. -
Baptism 5.25.2014 (27)
25 new believers declaring their faith in Jesus Christ at a baptism in Romania. Praise the Lord! Pray for these followers to continue to grow as they walk in the new life found in Christ! -
Celebrations (11)
Celebrating the life events with the Roma people makes ministering among them a great joy! In April we celebrated together the birth of a child with one family and a child's 6th birthday with another family. -
Saturday Lunch (37)
One Roma church in Romania has taken seriously the task of loving in deed and action the poor of their community. With the small resources they can gather as a church body, they cook for nearly 200 poor children and adults in their community every Saturday. Clothes Distrubution (31)
65 families in this local Roma village received a bag of clothes as a gift of love this winter. Back in December, 75 families in another village received clothes and in February, 12 families in another small village. Warm clothes were a timely gift in light of the beautiful cold snow. -
Christmas 2013 (29)
Fun-filled Christmas season with special services, children's performances, distributions of shoe-boxes and food packages. Thank you Lord for giving the world the gift of Your son, Jesus Christ! -
Baptism 7.28.2013 (20)
The baptism was held in the beautiful baptismal in the church in Romania. The candidates had been meeting with the pastor for the last four months to ensure their commitment to Christ. -
Worship Services in Village Churches (22)
Teams had the blessing of visiting several village churches in Eastern Europe this summer. -
4 year anniversary of Roma Egy Haz (31)
On Saturday, October 27 there was a big celebration of the anniversary of the group of churches making up Roma Egy Haz (One Roma House). The kindergartners from Living Hope Kindergarten performed and fun and food was shared by all! -
Conference Led by Koreans (17)
In late August, about 30 Roma believers traveled to Kiev for a conference led by Korean missionaries. At the end of the week, the Koreans came to Mukachevo (Munkacs) for services with all the Roma from the region on Saturday and Sunday. -
Baptism 8.12.2012 (34)
This baptism was in a swimming pool made from river water. The day was rainy and cold but the spirit among the people was warm and beautiful! -
Youth Camp (42)
About ninety youth from various villages went to summer youth camp. It was a blessed and fun time for all! -
